First Time to the Clinic?

You can book a free 15-minute consultation with any therapist! Need suggestions on who to start with? Give us a call and our Administrators can discuss options with you based on your needs or preferences. Once you’re ready to begin sessions, book your Initial Assessment and 3-4 follow-up sessions to secure a spot in your therapist’s schedule. If you are hoping to use insurance coverage, please review your policy before your first session.

Please Review Your Insurance Coverage!

Prior to your very first visit, please ensure that you know what you are covered for. Not all insurance providers cover “psychotherapy”, which means that any services provided by our psychotherapists will not result in reimbursement. You may, however, have coverage for “social work”, and we would be happy to connect you to one of our social workers for service.

At this time, we do not direct bill to insurance companies (but we’re working on it!). Payment is due at each visit and a valid credit card is necessary to reserve appointments. We require 24 hrs notice for cancellation or a full session fee will be applied.
